For families, couples or individuals who want a variety of candid and posed photos. Full sessions last up to 1 hour and include digital copies of the final images and travel within the greater Seattle, Tacoma, Olympia area.
Home Studio Session | $425
Minimalist black & white studio style studio portraits taken at your home. Best suited for 1-2 people at a time. The background and lighting can be setup in a spacious room, garage, or even a shady/covered outdoor area (weather permitting). Lasts up to 1 hour and includes digital copies of the final images and travel within the greater Seattle, Tacoma, Olympia area.

Payment & Tax
Payment is due at the time of booking. Credit card, check, cash, and ACH are accepted. Sales tax will be added to all sessions and products delivered within WA state.
Cancellations
Booking fees are non refundable. Cancellations at least seven days before the scheduled shoot date will receive full credit to apply toward another shoot within one year. Short notice cancellations are handled on a case by case basis.
Weather
Rain and stormy weather are a reality in the Pacific Northwest. If the forecast looks bad and your schedule is flexible then it’s in everyone’s best interest to explore alternate dates.
Participants
There is no limit to the number of family members who can participate, but one portrait session cannot be shared among multiple unrelated families. If multiple families wish to coordinate back to back shoots in the same location they will each receive a 15% discount.
Rights
Personal use rights are included with the final images. You are welcome to post them on your personal social media pages, make prints for your home or office, and include them in your personal holiday cards. The copyright to all of the images is retained by Cooper Carras.
Final Images
After your shoot the images will be narrowed down to the best ones. Those will be individually color corrected and saved as high-resolution JPG files with no watermarks or logos. The number of final images varies by session.
Retouching
Retouching is not included in the session fee but is available by request. This service is billed at $60/hour in 15 minute increments.
Delivery
Turnaround is typically 2-3 weeks. For 48 hour turnaround add 25%.
The final images will be presented in an online gallery which you are welcome to share with family and friends. High-quality prints can ordered through the online gallery.
If your sessions comes with a set number of images you will be able to select and download them through the online gallery. If your session includes all of the final images they will be delivered through a Dropbox link.
Booking
