Business/Acting Headshots
Each session includes a curated selection of high-resolution images, the option to have a single favorite image lightly retouched, travel within the Olympia/Lacey/Tumwater area, and a license to use the final image(s) for publicity, marketing, company website and social media.
15 minute basic session (one outfit, one location) – $150
1 hour variety session (multiple outfits and/or locations) – $450
Locations
Photos are taken on location, which can include places of business, homes, parks (local restrictions/permits may apply) and other outdoor spaces.
Choose between a studio style portrait set against a seamless background, an environmental portrait in a space that represents your profession, or simply a photogenic location.
For upper body studio style portraits, a paper background can usually be setup in a room with about 10×12 feet of open floor space.
Final Images
The final images are an edited selection of the photographer’s choosing that have been color corrected but not retouched.
Copyright & Usage
The copyright belongs to Cooper Carras. Additional usage, such as advertising, is not included in the base pricing and must be negotiated separately in writing.
Retouching
Each photo session includes light retouching on one image if needed. Major retouching, if requested, is billed a rate of $60/hour in 15 minute increments.
Turnaround
Please allow 3 business days for the creation of an online proof gallery. For 24 hour rush delivery add 25% to the price. Turnaround on retouching will depend on the volume and complexity.
Payment
Credit card, check and ACH payments are accepted. Full payment is due within 30 days of the invoice. Late payments will be billed a $20.00/month handling fee and 1.5% per month interest. Image usage rights are contingent upon payment in full.
Sales tax will be added to all sessions and products delivered within WA state.
Getting Started
