Includes:
- A curated gallery of professionally edited digital images selected by the photographer to showcase your strongest expressions and looks. The number of final images will vary based on how many different locations and outfits are used.
- Travel between Olympia and Seattle
- License to use the final images for your portfolio, publicity, and social media.
Images are delivered without retouching. Retouching is available for an additional fee.
Locations
While I don’t maintain a permanent studio, headshots can be photographed almost anywhere, including conference rooms, offices, lobbies, homes, garages, parks (permits or restrictions may apply), and other outdoor locations.
Choose from:
- A studio-style portrait on a seamless background
- An environmental portrait in a space that represents your profession
- A clean indoor background such as an office or lobby
- An outdoor background such as a park or city street
For upper-body studio-style portraits, a paper background can usually be set up in a room with at least 10 × 12 feet of open floor space.
Copyright & Usage
The copyright belongs to Cooper Carras. Additional licensing beyond what is already included must be negotiated separately in writing.
Retouching
Major retouching, if requested, is billed at a rate of $60/hour in 15-minute increments.
Turnaround
Please allow 3 business days for the creation of an online proof gallery. For 24-hour rush delivery, add 25% to the price. Turnaround on retouching will depend on the volume and complexity.
Payment
Credit card, check, and ACH payments are accepted. Full payment is due within 30 days of the invoice. Late payments will be subject to a $20 monthly handling fee plus 1.5% monthly interest. Image usage rights are contingent upon payment in full.
Washington sales tax does not apply when the images are licensed for commercial use.
